Bus Service
Getting your child to and from school every day can be difficult, especially if you work or live a distance from school. That’s why Stuart Hall offers daily bus service for the Harrisonburg, Waynesboro, and Lexington areas. Bus routes within each community are designed to accommodate the changing needs of Hunter McGuire families and are established prior to the start of school each year. To make bus time more fun and productive, upper grade students serve as Bus Buddies to younger students, helping with homework, playing games, and building camaraderie.

The cost of Hunter McGuire bus service is as follows:

Harrisonburg full-time/part-time     $1400 / $900

Waynesboro full-time/part-time     $1000 / $600

Shuttle from Middle / Upper School campus to Lower School     $250 / $150

Lexington (prices differ depending on location, please ask for details)    

After-School Enrichment Program (the Dragons’ Den)
Running from 3-5:30 p.m. each day, the Dragons’ Den, the after-school enrichment program at Hunter McGuire Lower School, offers a homework period, interactive games, music, art, writing activities, and outside playtime. If you are a working parent, this program provides convenience for you and constructive after-school activities for your child. The cost is approximately $15.00 per day.
